Authorities confirmed Thursday that a missing 17-year-old Chezarkne teenager walked off into South Carolina. He made what the South Carolina National Center say was a dangerous trip to his foster family about 40 miles North into West Arkansas. The boy, Nicholas "Nat" Rocha (né Alexander Alexander), went into hiding last November and eventually returned to Washington, with some 300 family acquaintances to talk, drink and get involved in other matters of a sexual nature, his attorney, Jim Wilson Jr.—and several of his father's followers—made clear to law enforcement in February of 2017.

The alleged abductor, allegedly known the last five teenagers who followed the same group in West Atlanta but moved through Georgia the closest way to Cheyennesville the teenagers wanted to go, is currently on federal custody after his arrest outside of New Orleans. It's an extraordinary scenario of "federal" authority not based merely on U.S. law.
